Violinist Anton Jablokov was born into a renowned musical family in Bratislava, where he received a classical education. At the age of nine, he discovered the music of Stéphane Grappelli and Roby Lakatos. This early encounter with different musical worlds shaped his artistic path and led to the cross-genre approach that continues to define his work today, combining classical music, jazz, Gypsy, and folk traditions.

His studies took him from the State Conservatory in Bratislava to the Lucerne University of Music and the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, and finally to the Conservatory of Music in Lugano. In 2017, he completed a Master Specialized Solo Performance with Sergei Krylov. Alongside his studies, he won several international competitions and developed a distinctive, virtuosic style that combines technical brilliance with musical versatility.

Since 2014, Anton Jablokov has toured throughout Europe together with his brother Vladimir. His performances have taken him to venues and events including the BBC Proms in Belfast, the National Concert Hall Dublin and the 3Arena Dublin, as well as to concerts with Katherine Jenkins.

Anton Jablokov has lived in Bellinzona, Ticino, since 2013. Alongside his international concert career, he increasingly focuses on developing his own concert formats and musical projects. One of his early projects was the Jablokov-Moccetti Duo, created together with guitarist Moccetti, through which he further developed his cross-genre musical approach.

In the following years, Jablokov conceived and realised successful concert programmes including Tango Passion, Folk Passion and Balkan Passion, which he presented on tour.

At the heart of his artistic work is the encounter between different musical cultures and personalities. For his projects, Jablokov regularly invites musicians from diverse backgrounds and develops individual ensembles, arrangements and concert programmes together with them. The result is a musical interpretation that combines traditional elements with classical virtuosity and the freedom of improvisation.

As a violinist, arranger and artistic initiator, Anton Jablokov moves with great naturalness between classical music, jazz, Gypsy, folk, tango and Balkan music.
